Therapy for when things aren't working the way they should.

Maybe you're anxious a lot of the time, or feel low, or find it hard to manage what you're feeling. Maybe life looks fine from the outside but something underneath doesn't feel right. Maybe you keep ending up in the same kind of relationship, or the same kind of stuck place, and you don't fully understand why.

You don't need to have it figured out before you come. Most people start therapy without a clear story about what's wrong or where it comes from, just a sense that something needs to change. Working that out together is part of the work, not something you need to arrive already knowing.

I offer a space to slow down and pay real attention to your experience, with someone who's curious about you, not in a hurry to fix you, and won't need you to be any different than you are right now.
